  Computer Applications Chapter 1
Actually i started my class when the lecturer teaching chapter 6 if no mistake . So chapter 1 until chapter 5 i just figure it myself with note and my friend .Luckily these few chapter is easy if not i kinda stress right now .

Chapter 1 : Basic introduction to Computers
In this chapter we learn about Computer ......

What is computer ?
Computer is an electronic device, that operating under the control of instruction stored in its own memory.

Components of a computer
Hardware - electric , electronic , mechanical components thats contains in a computer

Input device                   - allow to enter data and instructions to computer

Output device                 - hardware component that conveys  information to one or more people

system unit                     - used to process data

Storage device                - writes or reads items to and from storage media

Communications device - Enables a computer to send or receive data , instructions ,and information                                             to and from one or more computers or mobile devices

Advantages and Disadvantages of using computer.
Advantages - Speed                            Disadvantages - Health risks
                    - Reliability                                             - Violation of privacy

A personal computer can perform all of its input , processing, output , and storage activities itself

                        Desktop Computer

Mobile computer
Just like personal computer but allow to carry around

                   notebook computer

Mobile device
A computing devices in smaller sizes

Game consoles
mobile computing devices that usually for gaming

Servers
Control access to the hardware , software , and other resources

Mainframes
Can handle hundred or thousand of connected users simultaneously
